Tip #3: Interval Training
Workout routines are only as good as the time it takes for your body to adapt to them. Beginners can use the same routine before changing, intermediate and advanced trainers will need to alter their workouts every 3-6 weeks. Interval training is a great way to mix things up! The variables are endless for both cardio and weight training. For more info, check out Custom Workout or Audio Trainer Workouts.
Most of the cardio audio workouts can be used with any mode of cardio machine. Check all the workouts for specifications!
I'll be your Personal Trainer for your exercise session! MP3 Workouts let me coach you through every minute of the workout! You'll never do cardio alone again, I'll be right by your side!
How does it work? After your purchase, you receive a download link. Download the workout and sync it to your mp3 player or ipod and that's it! When you do cardio, I will tell you when to change your interval, how to change the interval and when to return to your "steady pace". We'll listen to some music with great beats to make the cardio go by faster! It's that easy!
Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. Results may vary. Exercise and proper diet are necessary to achieve and maintain weight loss and muscle definition.
