Tip #3: Interval Training
Workout routines are only as good as the time it takes for your body to adapt to them. Beginners can use the same routine before changing, intermediate and advanced trainers will need to alter their workouts every 3-6 weeks. Interval training is a great way to mix things up! The variables are endless for both cardio and weight training. For more info, check out Custom Workout or Audio Trainer Workouts.

Cardio Workout Comments from exercisers: "I have downloaded some of your workouts and wanted to let you know how much I love them and your encouragement given throughout the workout. I like to do the intervals on the eliptical at the gym, and I love the pyramid walking at the park, today I got the treadmill elevations and will look forward to doing that one at the gym tomorrow. Thanks a bunch..I need that push sometimes to keep the pace up." -S.B.
