Tip #1: Lift Weights
Muscle = metabolism. More muscle means you burn more calories, even while sitting on the couch! Lean muscles weigh more than fat, but take up less space. You may weigh the same, but be smaller! Take the guess work out of lifting weights with a Custom Workout!
