Tip #3: Interval Training
Workout routines are only as good as the time it takes for your body to adapt to them. Beginners can use the same routine before changing, intermediate and advanced trainers will need to alter their workouts every 3-6 weeks. Interval training is a great way to mix things up! Tip #1: Lift Weights Muscle = metabolism. More muscle means you burn more calories, even while sitting on the couch! Lean muscles weigh more than fat, but take up less space. You may weigh the same, but be smaller! Take the guess work out of lifting weights with a Custom Workout!
