The Cardio Interval workout can be used while walking outdoors, on a treadmill, or using a bike or elliptical machine. It doesn't matter what type of cardio you are doing! I tell you when to start a faster pace and when to resume your "steady pace". Your intervals range from 15-60 seconds, usually in a 1:1 ratio. I coach you through every minute of this almost 30 minute workout. I even help you stretch out at the end!
