Workout routines are only as good as the time it takes for your body to adapt to them. Beginners can use the same routine before changing, intermediate and advanced trainers will need to alter their workouts every 3-6 weeks. Interval training is a great way to mix things up! This is the GYM WORKOUT version of the Mini-Makeover.  If you workout at home, then you need the "Home Version".

The Fitness Makeover Workouts are a 4-day a week plan designed to boost your metabolism while dropping fat. The goal is permanent weight loss and easy maintenance. Depending on your goal, you may need 12, 24 or 36 weeks to attain the body you want. For advanced trainers, the Mini Makeover is available as a 6-week intense workout program.  

With Custom Workout Programs, you get my knowledge of training programs that get results, combined with the accountability of checking in with Your Trainer each week!  This is an unbeatable combo for super results!  

Here's how Custom Workout Programs work:

Part 1: Upon completion of purchase, you will download the Get Fit Packet.  This includes instructions on how to register as a New Client of mine as well as Guidelines for Nutrition, Exercise and Goal Setting an additional information to maximize the results of your program.

Part 2: After completing the New Client Registration (just a few simple questions), check your inbox for your first cycle of workouts!

Part 3: Each week you will receive e-mail reminders to check-in at the Fitness Forum to tell me (Your Trainer!) about your progress or ask any questions you may have during the program.

Part 4: Depending on the program, you will receive your next workouts either each week or every 2 weeks directly to your inbox!

Part 5:  Each program cycle (or workout) has photos and links to videos demonstrating how to do each exercise. Instructions include set, rep and rest schemes. When printed, the exercise videos become reference photos and a workout log is printed along side.
