This Target Tone Leg & Glutes Workout has two workouts to cycle thru twice a week for up to 8 weeks.  Work your entire lower body with emphasis on your glutes, hamstrings and inner/outer thigh.   The exercises can be done at a gym or at home.  Easily customizable for all levels.  For home trainers: substitute the stability ball leg curl for the machine leg curl.

With Custom Workout Programs, you get my knowledge of training programs that get results, combined with the accountability of checking in with Your Trainer each week!  This is an unbeatable combo for super results!  

Here's how Custom Workout Programs work:

Part 1: Upon completion of purchase, you will download the Get Fit Packet.  This includes instructions on how to register as a New Client of mine as well as Guidelines for Nutrition, Exercise and Goal Setting an additional information to maximize the results of your program.

Part 2: After completing the New Client Registration (just a few simple questions), check your inbox for your first cycle of workouts!

Part 3: Each week you will receive e-mail reminders to check-in at the Fitness Forum to tell me (Your Trainer!) about your progress or ask any questions you may have during the program.

Part 4: Depending on the program, you will receive your next workouts either each week or every 2 weeks directly to your inbox!

Part 5:  Each program cycle (or workout) has photos and links to videos demonstrating how to do each exercise. Instructions include set, rep and rest schemes. When printed, the exercise videos become reference photos and a workout log is printed along side.
