A step by step plan to get the most from your ClubFit membership! A must read for all members and fitness fanatics!

1.    Review the Weight Loss & Sculpt Guide! Click here.
2.    After that, you can print your goal sheets and get started defining your personal fitness goals.
3.    Join ClubFit to get access to new workouts.
4.    Browse and read the Fitness Tools section.
5.    Check the Articles section!
6.    Click on the Forum link at the top of the page, register at the ClubFit Community forum.
7.    Introduce yourself at the ClubFit Community forum.
8.    Start your workouts!
9.    Check-in weekly (at least) at the forum.
10.    Get to work and get the body you want and keep it!

GOLD members:
  1. Every other week you will access a new workout cycle. Simply log-in and it will appear in the “Workouts” section of your Category (Weight Loss or Sculpt & Burn).
  2. Monthly iPod-PT audio workout downloads are located at the iPod-PT section under the Gold Members Category.
  3. You will receive an e-mail when the latest on is available.
  4. The iPod-PT section will also have the video iPod downloads
  5. Register and check-in at the ClubFit Community forum.
SILVER members:
  1. Every month you will access a new workout cycle. Simply log-in and it will appear in the “Workouts” section of your Category (Weight Loss or Sculpt & Burn).
  2. Register and check-in at the ClubFit Community forum.
BRONZE members:
  1. Every quarter you will access a new workout cycle. Simply log-in and it will appear in the “Workouts” section of your Category (Weight Loss or Sculpt & Burn).
  2. Register and check-in at the ClubFit Community forum.
