Any Mode: Advanced Intervals CV 007
This workout can be used with any mode-treadmill, bike, or elliptical! This is a fast paced, fat burning workout! An intense calorie blasting workout that is guaranteed to take you cardio to the next level!
Your cardio workout uses Pyramid time intervals of 45, 30, 15, and 10-second sprints with just 1-minute of recovery time! You repeat each sprint twice for a total of 8 high intensity intervals. This can be done as a 20 minute or 30 minute workout and includes a light stretch out at the end.
