You begin with a warm-up and prepare your mind for the upcoming workout! Then you will do sets of the following exercises: Leg press, leg curl, lat pulldown, seated row, chest press, biceps curls and triceps extensions.
As your trainer, Kira keeps you on pace with each repetition and rest period. She reminds you of proper form, feeling the abdominals work and other trainer tips that get you a superior workout! You’ll find yourself working harder and pushing to get a few extra repetitions. The entire workout is approximately 30 minutes.
