Use this workout on the Treadmill, Elliptical or bike!
Any mode- best with Treadmill or Elliptical
Warmup then 3 challenges:
Challenge #1: 1 min intervals
Challenge #2: 2 min intervals of 4% grade and 8%
Challenge #3: 30 second intervalsand 1 minute recovery
Cooldown and light stretch at end. Total Time: 30 minutes
