CV 010 Intervals High/Low is an Intermediate/Advanced Cardio Interval Workout.
Any mode 30 minute workout. This Cardio workout has cues for Treadmill, Elliptical and bike!
This interval workout will take your pace and incline or resistance from low to high, creating a high intensity peak of a fast paced walk up a steep hill! After you reach the top of the hill, you then go back “down” the hill and finish with a low intensity walk and lite stretch. This workout is an uphill climb with a fast pace for greater fat burning!!!
Begin with a warm up, then intervals start with variations in speed and incline for 1 minute high intensity and 2 minute recovery intervals. Your pace will be steady, but challenging! You will feel your legs, lower back and abdominals working throughout this calorie burning workout!
