Here’s how Custom Workout Programs work:

Part 1: Upon completion of purchase, you will download the Start Page, which includes instructions on how to register as a New Client of mine.

Part 2: After completing the New Client Registration (just a few simple questions), check your inbox for your first cycle of workouts! If not there, check your spam folder then add me to your address list or white list. I’ll also be sending you Guidelines for Nutrition, Exercise and Goal Setting in an additional packet to maximize the results of your program.

Part 3: Each week you will receive e-mail reminders to check-in at the Fitness Forum to tell me (Your Trainer!) about your progress or ask any questions you may have during the program.

Part 4: Depending on the program, you will receive your next workouts either each week or every 2 weeks directly to your inbox!

Part 5:  Each program cycle (or workout) has photos and links to videos demonstrating how to do each exercise. Instructions include set, rep and rest schemes. When printed, the exercise videos become reference photos and a workout log is printed along side.
