This interval workout will take your pace and incline or resistance from low to high, creating a high intensity peak of a fast paced walk up a steep hill! After you reach the top of the hill, you then go back “down” the hill and finish with a low intensity walk and lite stretch. This workout is an uphill climb with a fast pace for greater fat burning!!!
Begin with a Warm up, then your intervals start with an incline of 2% and a slight increase in speed. Every 3 minutes, you’ll increase the incline by 2% and your speed slightly. Once you reach the peak of 8%, you will stay there for 2 intervals then go back “down” the hill. Your pace will be steady, but challenging! You will feel your legs, lower back and abdominals working throughout this calorie burning workout!
